In contrast to a brick building, wooden framework requires less deep foundations and can stand on little bearing surfaces (deep rock, wetland,..), a slope or even uneven. Very insulating, wood ensures a good inertia and promotes a gain of significant surface: its thermal properties permit reducing the thickness of the walls and gaining useful surface. When the household's needs evolve, the distribution can adapt easily: the composition of the façade modules and partition can be changed without altering the structure of departure.

The use of wood for architecture doesn’t need to prove itself anymore. This natural material is very light, but it is not more fragile than any another and even up to six times stronger than reinforced concrete. This resistance is related to the composition and the parallel positioning of its fibers. In case of fire, wood presents a low conductivity, which is part of the material for combustion and predictable deformation. A protective layer of coal is formed first at its surface, allowing it to retain its mechanical properties for longer. Used for habitat, it also creates a healthy and pleasant atmosphere with outstanding thermal performance and a real acoustic comfort.

In our manufacturing center, we have specialized machines in the assembly of the structural elements, panels and boxes on which are laid our joineries, as well as a range of different finishes for the inside as well as outside. Our teams are composed of experienced carpenters and Joiners; they produce both projects from our engineering offices and your own studies. After storage, we will deliver the prefabricated elements on site and our assemblers will install them expeditiously, in collaboration with all stakeholders of the project.
